Antique damask linen cushion

These handmade cushions are created from antique damask table linens, carefully sourced for the exceptional quality of their linen and the beauty of their original monograms.

Marked by time, each textile carries its own history. I chose to preserve and highlight these traces rather than erase them.
The fabric is hand-dyed in a soft, grey blue, allowing natural variations, patina, and texture to remain visible.

The original monogram becomes a subtle focal point — discreet, poetic, and full of character.
Each cushion is a one-of-a-kind piece, crafted slowly and entirely by hand.

Rooted in a slow decoration approach, these cushions blend textile heritage, upcycling, and a wabi-sabi aesthetic, bringing a sense of calm, authenticity, and timeless beauty to any interior.
